This work follows the Stages of Trauma Recovery with post traumatic growth as the final stage. Leave feeling accomplished with many more tools and resources for your personal development. Address your trauma or peel back another layer in a supported and immersive intimate group setting.

Start your days with breath work and yoga, then brunch, swimming, nature or culture. In the late afternoon we’ll gather to go deeper with sharing, learning and guided hypnotherapy with soundscapes. Our evenings will be filled with uplifting and introspective conversations, beautiful local food and heartfelt human connection.
This 7 day journey involves: 2 beautiful meals a day, accommodations, daily guided meditation, breath work, yoga/ embodiment practice with live soundscapes, hypnotherapy, group counselling, meaningful ceremony and options for acupuncture or body work.

Ishta Devi
Ishta Devi is a Canadian Indigenous woman, mother, coach, counsellor, clinical hypnotherapist and yoga teacher. Ishta has over 1000 hours YTT, coaching and counselling certifications from Rhodes College of Wellness and her clinical hypnotherapy certification from Coastal Academy. Ishta will be guiding the journey back to your True Self.

Zoë Luna Phoenix is Ishta’s daughter. She is a model, a content creator and a DJ. Zoë will be bringing live soundscapes to the meditations, breathwork, yoga and hypnosis sessions.

Non-refundable deposit: We require a €500 non-refundable deposit to hold your stay. This is due to complete your reservation request.
Payment is required in full 30 days prior to your stay. If you choose to pay in full prior to that we offer a 10% discount as a thank you.
Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 30 days before your stay.
